Riot needs to know how to balance

If you nerf one op champion and buff a non-op champion who turns op, there's no point in giving out new patches every 2 weeks.

What riot needs to do is "if you're nerfing, nerf all" and if you're buffing, buff all.

Before doing that you can just nerf champions that are op right now, leave it at that, and then together you buff or nerf champions in a group.

By in a group, i don't mean to buff tanks, then buff adcs, then buff mages, then buff assasins because theres no point if you make tanks op. then make adcs more op who melt tanks, then you buff mages who melt adcs, then you buff assasins who instantly kill mages.

I have no idea where league is going right now, probably downhill.
