I've been playing alot of Mid recently, and I've been against the same 2 champiosn every bloody game.
Considering I play AP mages alot, I'm constantly in frustrating lanes that I feel I have no chance of success, but plenty of chance of failure. And considering that the Zed ult nerf was recently reverted...
I dunno, I'm struggling to enjoy the game, or really accept the state of it.
My advice is play Nasus. Yes, I'm saying play Nasus mid lane.
It will be a very boring lane for them, and without jungle assistance there is literally nothing they can do to you besides poke and run away. AP or Stack, it's the same result. Just make sure to manage your mana well, because if you give them an opening to go in and you don't have your ult you are going to be in some serious trouble.
Also make sure you understand wave manipulation. But if you've got that down feel free to make sure they don't have any fun today.
That's the issue a lot of players are having ... on paper both of them may even be balanced but they are just tooo unfun to play against
You can always just ban Yasuo, and someone else will ban Zed 90% of the time anyway. I get more annoyed with the amount of Azirs.

Well, not much to do... A lot of champs aren't balanced at all in this game, but they are too popular to get nerfed (Riot publicly admitted buffing/nerfing champs according to their popularity)...
