Thoughts on Phage items

I honestly believe that Black Cleaver shouldn't be a damage item while at the same time making anyone who has it the tankiest person in the game. It gives way too much defense for an offensive item in my opinion.It should be clearer whether it is defensive or offensive because currently it really isn't. Same thing applies to Trinity Force. Those 2 items give unnecessary tankiness to champions that already do tons of damage, making it unhealthy.
