@Riot Quick thought for Taliyah's Q

I noticed that if you use q on worked ground it only spawns 1 rock instead of 5. It also refunds part of the mana cost. I think it might be a good idea to also lower the cooldown if you use it on worked ground. Not sure if it's necessary but it might be neat.
