What are you talking about? Teemo is the strongest Champion in League.

See what many don't realize is he has this weird invisible buff/debuff on him. It is random on which is active during your match.

The buff/debuff is "Teemo" = You will either be hard focused by the enemy team (thus allowing other lanes to push), or the enemy team will forget you exist (and thus you can push).

Tbh teemo is fine as he is, on the weaker side because his kit is Cancer-Cola Classic

sure there is more cancerous stuff in the game, but teemo is the OG cancer,
