How is the Ranked Flex MMR balanced?

Seriously, Why do Riot do this to us?

I can't help but to wonder when I am paired with S6 Dia who feeds, B5 with 16%winrate, and so on.

Like I know my personal limit and skills but come on.

So anyone can help me to enlighten me about this?
