I cant find myself not going over it when 7 of 8 games are ruined and i get demoted because i get feeders and trollers. Simply not possible to flame them after the game.

I feel you OP. Do what I did, make a second account and just play to chill/learn on it. Don't care about LP. Somehow it's higher than my main. Eventually you just get more calm.
