1. Assume everyone in your team CANNOT be trusted and they are potentially prone to tilting. :)

2. Never type. Only shout KYS and all other profanity behind the screen.

3. Assume Riot is NEVER on your side. (It will ease the pain of getting trolled or having someone with 1120 Ping)

4. Pray for free elo that will never come to you. :)

5. Type GGEZ at the end of games to assert your dominance and make others salty :))))

Use this guide to type less. It's a great displacement tactic!

I've removed your first point. Please refrain from using pejorative language; leaving a few asterisks in doesn't make it ok to use it.

I still wouldn't say ggez: it's unsportsmanlike.

Out of all of those things, I would only personally advocate for No. 2.

Always assuming that your teammates will be horrible (especially as stated from the OP) will only engender you to a positive feedback loop of assuming your team is garbage, having any small misplay reinforce your opinion that the team is garbage, and your morale will drop further. While it may not specifically be "go into every match expecting you're going to lose" - it's still a very similar self-fulfilling prophecy, and not one I'd advise going with.
What good would it do to assume that Riot - who does not directly influence matchmaking - is your enemy? And more than that, why blame Riot for the misbehaviors/shortcomings of other players?
This is much closer to that "every match you're going to lose" schtick. How's about, rather than pray for free elo, fight for hard-earned elo? Just a thought. Defeatist "I'll never win but I can still hope" attitude, not advisable.

I used all of these to climb out of honor 0 back in the day, glad you're spreading the word. Number 1 and 2 are the most important

Yeah this season blew, it's easily the worst season yet, even though I actually really enjoyed the runes update. But they did so many bad things to various champions and turned botlane into a "whoever grabs heimerdinger or leona first wins" crapfest... Like literally every single game is instantly over if the other team 4 mans bot lane at 5-7 minutes in for a double kill and first turret gold.

And i get that other lanes can feed too but at least in my experience this season it's probably bot lane feeding in any form at lest 75% of the time vs top/mid.
