Rengar?

I rolled him on ARAM, and I know its only ARAM, but...I remember when he was OP a few seasons ago. I feel like he's been nerfed to the ground? His ult is an invisibility + sight, and you can attack from it, as if using your passive, which is nice. His passive of course being leaping from the bush, his bolas are just a slow, and I don't feel like his Q and W do much to add to his damage, except to combo it with the ult/passive jump.

I'm likely missing something though, playing him only a couple times isn't enough to be an expert, but as I said: I feel like he got nerfed really hard from when I remember him. Is his kit just useless now? Even as a jungler in normal games I feel like there would be better options.
