Now before you downvote, I am not talking about his damage (yet) what i am talking about the slow zone on timewinder (q) 32 / 39 / 46 / 53 / 60%, Considering he already has a slow on his passive and w and he can easily catch his target/escape with even a tiny slow, it makes is very hard for AA reliant melee champs to get close ever until her can burst you. Just my 2 cents on his first day.

edit: he needs his slow to be reduced
