Regarding ranked

Now I see many people complain about certain champions, balance, whatever. But I've noticed there's a far more alarming matter that people tend to just brush under the rug which is ranked balancing.

Now I'm not here to QQ or flame or whatever but I believe the state of ranked balancing is ridiculous.

Maybe it's lack of players online, or Riot's system of queuing people together but this sort of happens a lot especially in lower elo.

You would get players who are far below the level of the rest of their team and end up dragging their entire team down. Now I get that top streamers in higher elo might face this issue due to high elo having less players so the system is forced to pair them with mid to high diamond players but there's no reason why lower elo(which is said to have the biggest playerbase) should have to deal with such an issue where the enemy team is made up of well rounded individuals while your team has one or two failed abortions flopping on a keyboard.

So, can you fix this Riot? Climbing out of silver with my skills is hard enough without people int'ing in my games because I didn't give them blue or gank instantly after my first camp.
