Lets discuss balance and counterplay
So for a while now the Meta has been heavily focused on bot lane and that's fine, we all deserve a chance to shine in the spotlight for a bit and usually Riot seems to add a bit of counterplay to champions to make the game fun and fair for everyone involved and not just the 2 people bot lane.

With mages they usually make them super mana hungry and unable to farm properly while giving them longer cooldowns to avoid them mindlessly spamming spells.

With tanks they occasionally make them big and slow to make up for their tankiness and cc.

For bruisers they usually nerf their items and look the other way when they decide to abuse assassin items instead.

And for assassins they usually break both their legs, nerfing all their numbers and giving them bullshit 2.5 second delays to deal ANY fucking damage while the class that they're supposed to counter 2 shots them while healing back any damage they dealt to him thanks to itemisation and endless spamming of shields.
But that's ok, every class has counterplay right?
So where's the counterplay to marksman? what am i supposed to do against a champion that can wipe out my team from range while being stupidly tanky thanks to life steal and regen? I mean before the counterplay was a certain class that's been overnerfed to the point of being irrelevant but now that that's gone what's the actual counterplay to an ADC being jerked off by his healing/shielding support?
before ADC actually had to position and watch them map, learn to ward and actually stay with their team, that was the counterplay to an assassin which was supposed to be their counter, before ADC actually were squishy and miss-positioning was punished and it added more depth to the role of an ADC. Now all that's out the window and the role takes no skill, you can stand still and spam AA for free pentas while your healbot keeps you alive with their ridiculously low CD on such high shield/healing spells.
So I ask you this Riot, when are you going to implement counterplay to the one class that's been bitching about counterplay for every other role but their own, why is it fair for every other class to get slapped by the ban hammer while marksman are left untouchable? You preach about balance and how you don't like when champions have no counterplay but you show bias towards bot lane who've been dominating the meta since the start of this year, marksman have never not been meta and when the few that were meta fall (jhin, varus, cait) they're replaced but other adc who dominate instead (Trist, Twitch, kog'maw) and this needs to stop being a thing, the game should not fucking revolve around 1 lane.

but even as a support main I do think there need to be more grievous wound items, cause aside from the two above,
is the only other item that applies GW, but that doesn't really help mages/assassins
