Does anyone else feel Annie is too tanky?

Or is it just me?

Played a game against her, and she was ridiculously hard to kill.

In a 2v1 she would still get one of us. She was a little fed, and I was a little fed as ryze.

She had so much HP though with the new items, was still doing tons of damage, plus having that damned bear.

Her damage mitigation combined with the HP she can now get, it felt insane.

May e its just me, but it felt a bit much.
