Useless/Outdated Passives

Please leave comments on what you think! (Feel free to add a champ or point out things I might have overlooked on some passives.)

Alistar Alistar

Each time Alistar casts a spell, he tramples nearby units and turrets for a few seconds, dealing damage to units he walks over.

How is this good for a support? I can see jungle/top to help farm but Riot specifically made changes to make him more of a tank support. I feel like he should have a passive along the lines of tank support such as- [every time he uses a spell, he gains % armor and magic resist/shield for X amount of time.]

DrMundo Dr. Mundo

Dr. Mundo regenerates 0.3% of his maximum Health each second.

This is a good passive, but I feel like it needs a tweak or buff with the new buff to Garen's.

Heimerdinger Ding Dong

Heimerdinger gives nearby allied H-28G Turrets and Champions increased Health Regeneration.

Doesn't really fit with his kit. Seems like a placeholder or last minute passive that Riot threw in. Maybe something like- the closer Donger is to his turrets the more attack/attack speed they get.

Sion Sion

After being killed, Sion will reanimate himself with rapidly decaying Health. He can move and attack during this time. He gains 100% Lifesteal, attacks extremely fast and will deal an additional 10% of his target's maximum Health as physical damage on hit. Max 75 bonus damage against monsters. All of his abilities are replaced with Death Surge, which grants him a burst of Movement Speed.

Let's be honest here, this needs help. Almost every champ (all the ones that are played) can run away, kill him, or cc him in this form. Riot tried to help him with the move speed boost, but he needs a bit more than that. Maybe give him extra tenacity or a tenacity breaker move. It does the damage but he just can't give it.

Zac Zac

Each time Zac hits an enemy with an ability, he sheds a chunk of himself that can be reabsorbed to restore Health. Upon taking fatal damage, Zac splits into 4 bloblets that attempt to recombine. If any bloblets remain after 8 seconds, he will revive with an amount of Health depending on the Health of the surviving bloblets. Each bloblet has a percentage of Zac's maximum Health, Armor and Magic Resistance. This ability has a 5 minute cooldown.

Ok first of all- it has a 5 minute cd. Aatrox's has a 3.75 minute cd.. Anivia's passive has a 4 minute cd.. Also with the AEO smite item. they can smite one blob and kill him.. Solutions: Make them immune to smite (or at least that smite), make the blobs travel faster, reduce the cd

Varus . it certainly has potential to be useful, but with the length of his cooldowns the whole killing a champion makes it easier to kill another mechanic probably won't reach its full potential.
