Honestly. Almost anything URF would make me happy.
But this would be very intersting. Although there are a lot of champions that would be toxic as hell by spamming one ability.
Imagine 6 Moa's throwing their little ones everywhere.
RIOT would probably perm-ban SOME champs and tweak their abilities, like Teemo's shrooms. But that'd be utter chaos, but fun.
