Possibly URF Hexakill to add more diversity...
Just think this would he hectic and really fun.

But this would be very intersting. Although there are a lot of champions that would be toxic as hell by spamming one ability.
Imagine 6 Moa's throwing their little ones everywhere.
Kalarepa1 votesURF would be good on its own, if Riot made some individual champion balance changes. It's pretty silly, that you have to disable/ban 15 champions, before this mode can even work.
HyperZEROXL1 votesRIOT would probably perm-ban SOME champs and tweak their abilities, like Teemo's shrooms. But that'd be utter chaos, but fun.
