It's just an offensive 
that requires input from the buyer, and an open window to get it off.

how is a 10 second banshee with offensive stats and 30 second cooldown basically 20 seconds if you activate it to early. ever been jumped on by a talon or zed or shaco or rengar or kha zix with this item? lol i shit stomped all of thoses on their assassination attempts with exhaust and cc untill they bought that item btw it can be channeled in fucking stealth and not break you out. i know i used it on twitch.
