Fixing ADC's

I just realized a great way to fix adc's and their current spot is simple since crits are so strong and they get access to to it so early make adc's pick between crits and attack speed. Personally I'm fine with adc's and really any role dealing damage but the rate at which they can deal said damage is absurd and I think this is a great fix as of right now pretty much every attack speed item grants crit chance that an adc would build make them choose add the crit to the damage items then they can hit hard but not as quickly and as such would imo fix this issue.
