Riot needs fix their mmr match making

So I was playing ranked 3v3 with my buddy in this game he was the Mordekaiser I was Voli. This was probably one of the most unbalanced games we have ever played. The two of us are gold atm we get matched with a silver 4 on our team. That alone isn't terrible since we were queuing together, but having us go up against Hotshot gg another player in diamond and a high plat is just unsettling there is no way in the books this is balanced on top of the fact that the plat and diamond player were also queuing together. What is this logic?

You title reads : "Riot needs fix their MatchMaking Rating match making" which alone prooves you dont know what your are talking about.
It's 3v3, did you compare their 3v3 ranking to yours or their soloQ ranking to yours ? If it's the second, it's totaly normal you face random ranks because the different queues (Blind/draft, soloQ, 3v3, dynamicQ) have totaly different ladders. which means you can be :

Silver in SoloQ
Diamond in DynamicQ
Iron 5 in Blind/draf (even tough it's not displayed you do have an hidden rank in blind/draf)
Challenger in 3v3

while this is pre season this s consistent through the normal season too just really pissed me off last night
