I made a macro to mute all when I get into game. I'm determined to play as a solo player, and win games as one. You're not allowed to chat in this game, or you get overly sensitive fuckbois.

Just stay calm and think about the consequences if you flame. You might actually find it improves your gameplay to stay calm and be polite to your team.

This is actually part of the reason I got banned. Never underestimate the effect paranoia can have on a person.

Accept that you will occasionally lose games. On average, you'll probably lose 50% of them. That's part of League. If you can't handle that without blowing a gasket on your teammates, take up a different activity.
