You did it with Skarner.

Do it with Morde.

Since we all already know that you have zero intention of reverting back to old Morde, rework him again and get it right this time.

You reworked Skarner three goddamn times already and he hasn't even been around as long as Morde, nor did close to as many people have as much of a problem with the Skarner reworks (honestly, despite initial problems, almost anybody who played old Skarner still liked his first two changes). Show Morde the same decency.

I played old Skarner. I hated the first two changes. I still don't like how they set him up, but at least he's a semi-viable pick now. Don't make assumptions, man. A LOT of Skarner players hated the reworks he got.

At least he became viable. They actually worked for the better. And I said "despite initial problems" - it wasn't an on-going thing like with Cass or Morde, complaints generally just halted. I actually remember people saying that he didn't need another rework after the first one - "He's fine now. We're fine with him. Don't do it again when you basically solved his issues." And then they did (for whatever reason) and everybody got pissy looking at the numbers because it looked like a nerf - then he turns into one of the best duelists in the game, and again, quiet. Because Skarner was still, at his base, Skarner.

Morde's not Morde. He needs to be redone again, and this time make him who he is.

And please remember that if they completely removed MF's AP scalings for more AD scaling, you'd have a fair amount of people pissed about that, too. Skarner's rework wasn't bad - it was different, and people were mad beforehand simply because it was different. Morde's has been accepted by basically every single player - main or not - to be not only more toxic than he was before but an utter shitfest of mediocrity in terms of engagement.
