With the comparative ease to acquire 100% crit for all builds now on adc's, the item seems relegated to very rare conditions.
I love the concept, but I think it needs an update.
EDIT: To be clear, I'm speaking about the synergy as an excellent support item. All of the stats but that 50% crit burst are solid. But that should likely be changed (unless we can get value from >100% crit).

is much weaker now, although still a good item. Maybe we could see get a defensive item similar to Zeke's, that enhances resistances of a character (armor/mr, or crit reduction, damage return, etc.)
