Can we nerf AP Kaisa ?

When kaisa was introduced i thought she was adapt to what she builds like if you go normal crit build your have DPS standard adc and if you go AP you have the poke with W and burst but with AP .... she has it all All in burst ... W poke ... and standard DPS of a crit adc ... like ._.

I kinda feel like she should only upgrade 1 ability or something ... upgrade E for DPS kiting build good for dealing with tanks and outplaying upgrade W and youre a poke adc good for sieging and if you upgrade Q you have the burst
