Honestly how u do u counter something like that. she either insta kills u, pokes u down to insta kill u, if u have hard CC she can just jump out of it with her extreme mobility

you can't tell me a champion that has both range, mobility, assassin engages AND escapes isn't at all in any way shape or form OP
