What about Kat E,Talon E,Kassadin R,Diana R,Akali R.... has about 7-10 sec cool downs but ZED s gap closing R is a t 60sec + The problem with most noob players is that they cannot abuse ZEDs W cool down mostly like people with your level of skills.
