@Riot About Katarina's passive nerf
The 3 second limit on resets from assists seems too harsh of a nerf, coming from a standard assist timer of 10 seconds. Maybe halving it (from 10 to 5) would be a better starter as a nerf

She will have to be much more careful about when she blows her combo during team fights. If she goes too early, her enemies might not die fast enough for her to benefit from her passive.
She will need to play more clean-up duty than she does now.
Which, frankly, is what she's designed to do anyway.
I think it's a reasonable change.
