[GAMEPLAY] [UI] Chat transparency setting resets every game

Basically, you have to change the transparency setting of the chat window every time you get in new game (if you want it fully transparent), because it resets to default values everytime

1. Get in a game (custom/normal/ranked doesn't matter, all the same)
2. Change transparency to 0 (fully transparent)
3. Exit/finish game
4. Get in another game
5. Transparency is reset

Occurs 100% of the time, over 4 PCs, over multiple patches now, can't really remember since which one
