How to make Gnar viable

We all know there was tons of hype for but lets be honest his Tiny form sucks butts. The base stats are poop (other than attack speed) and it doesn't matter that you can kite when you can get bursted crazy hard by everyone. EVERYONE. Mega Gnar on the other hand is fine but you must itemize for Mini Gnar to actually get mega Gnar. and in doing that you are kinda voiding your attack speed items for mini gnar. The itemization of is currently really weird and doesnt work to super well. The guy has a 41% winrate in NA and KR. What Gnar needs most of all is a personal item that transforms when he does, you know, like or . so pls rito make this Gnarly champ better

TLDR: Gnar has itemization + base stat issues pls fix.
