Jungling Bugs

I have noticed a few in game bugs: -Zac is "running quickly" out of the fog of war again when he uses E to the enemy team. -When Zac uses W on a monster it doesn't give him the unit collision ignore to aid in bloblet collection -When champions smite raptors it plays the smite animation twice. I have seen this through my own use, and through another player's as well. Personally I was using stalker's smite.
