Kat used to be my most played champ for most season 7 and I would get triggered when someone said she was broken, but with the new runes she actually has the strongest lane phase out of any champion and she scales incredibly well, I think the nerfs riot is planning implement are not enough, she needs power shifted from early game to mid game because right now the only counterplay she has in the 1v1 is dodging when they have her or banning her, which I wouldn't say is really healthy..
