@Riot what kind of a joke are these "Garen Changes" plz read

You _nerfed _ his passive from 2% to 1.6% at max level which was the ONLY good thing about Garen ATM because of how fast he could regenerate health out of combat. WTF You _nerfed _ his ONLY CC by reduing it to 1.5 seconds from 2.5. WTF You _removed _ his ability to Crit with his E which was the ONLY unique thing about Garen as he was possibly the only bruiser except GP who ever built Crit WITHOUT GIVING HIM ANY BONUS SCALINGS. WTF You _removed _ the tenacity on his W AND his 20% bonus armor/mres scaling by giving him a flat 30 ar/mr. WTF

The ONLY buff which you even gave him is by allowing him to deal true damage CONDITIONALLY to the most Fed person on the opponent team and deal true damage to him which is with a CONDITION.

You slapped every person in the place who bought your Rogue Admiral Garen skin. Way to go and make a champion complete sh*t. For the love of God, rethink those "Garen Changes". If not I want a refund on my Rogue Admiral Garen skin.
