Riot, Udyr's shield needs a change.

I think the shield is a bit too weak. AP scaling on the W is rather awkward. Because not alot of people use ap on udyr, currently the meta is attack speed on hit and tank. Which has a lot of hp.

Please change his AP scaling to a HP scaling on his turtle stance. Please.
