Fiora's %True Damage
Since the Boards are whining and complaining about Fiora's True Damage that HAS COUNTERPLAY even after she got nerfed, I decided to post up some solutions to make Fiora's passive more "balanced" and less useless as the boards are trying to make her.
- Fiora's passive deals %Bonus Health True Damage + a flat amount of true damage(10-180?). Scaling for the %Bonus Health True Damage would be lowered, while the flat amount doesn't scale with AD. I remember hearing somewhere that %Health True Damage is designed to make a champion be able to kill squishies and tanks in the same amount of time. This makes it so that the majority of her damage to tanks will be true damage, while the majority of the damage to squishies will be physical damage, as this doesn't affect them that much. Also, the flat true damage is done so that the passive still has an impact, albeit small, on squishies and people in the early game. This is my preferred change because it keeps Fiora from being too snowbally, since the flat damage doesn't scale.
- Proccing a vital causes Fiora to crit, dealing 200% (250% with Infinity Edge) and ignores 10/20/30/40% of the target's** BONUS** armor. I reall don't like this situation at all, since it makes Fiora a LOT more snowbally. This retains her ability to kill tanks while killing squishies 4x faster. However, this is what the majority of the "solutions" people are posting, and this fits into Fiora thematically, so I'll just post this here.
- Finally, there's the argument that Fiora should do %Max Health physical damage. While, I'm at that, this also ignores 20/30/40/50% or the target's armor. "OMG you gave Fiora armor penetration so op!" (I bet that someone always posts this). This is my second least preferred passive, as it is a direct hard nerf to Fiora, unless you give her compensation in the form of bonus AD scaling. The result is something similar to the shadow of the original passive, where it deals physical damage (which is good for counterbuilding) and ignores armor, so that it's not 100% obsolete. People will say that giving the armor penetration is overloading the ability, but remember this: Fiora currently deals True Damage, which is equal to 100% armor penetration. If this change occurs, Fiora will remain in her current state but hugely nerf, so I would expect her to get her normal base stats back.
