why amumu is so mana hungry compared to sejuani?

Hi guys! for a lot of time i used amumu jungle. In this days i finally tried sejuani, and my impression is that she is an amumu 2.0 that ned a lot less mana compared to him with also better spell: Amumu | Sejuani Q: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 | 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 why the Q of amumu cost 20 more than sejuani, while her Q is a lot better?! (easyer to knock up enemies, don't stop with minion, can be used as escape) W 8 for sec | 40 / 35 / 30 / 25 / 20 and again, sejuani W cost a lot less and does a lot more damage compared to amumu W(10% with the hit, plus an other 12% with AOE damage) E 35 | 55 this is the only spell that doesn't cost much, but for 20 of mana sejuani have an aoe slow of 70% R 100 / 150 / 200 | 100 ok, the ulti of amumu is larger and entagle for more time, but you need to be in the middle of their team, and it cost 100 more mana!

and the and of the discussion, please riot, reduce the mana cost of amumu ,they are really too much high compared to other similar champ now!

The better question is what is your point. Amumu is one of the strongest junglers available atm, and he offers things that Sejuani doesn't (a ranged grab and a much more powerful ult).

He has to spam is abilities and he has an move that takes mana per second to run while seji gets to have her W run for free after than 1st hit.

Amumu's abilities are actually better than Sejuani's once you get past the initial damage.

Sejuani's Q is a knock up, but its much shorter ranged than Amumu's Q, and Amumu get's a stun with his. The damage is about the same, but a well aimed Amumu Q can turn a battle.

Amumu's W doesn't do the initial damage, but his is all AOE, The initial % max health damage Sejuani does is for a single target only, and then she does DOT based on her max health and AP. Amumu's ability is stronger and much more damaging over time, especially as his lasts as long as he has mana.

Amumu's E not only does damage, but lowers the physical damage he takes and has its cooldown reduced when he is hit by physical attacks. If he's in the middle of a fight he can wreck teams with it. Sejuani's E does some damage and has a high slow, so it allows her to kite targets, but it does not offer the cooldown reduction so it's not as easy to spam.

And Amumu's ult is more useful as he can engage with his Q and then use his ult to catch a while team, or if he misses he can wait. Sejuani often has to use her ult to initiate so there is a greater chance of not catching the whole team when she uses it and usually she still has to use her Q to dive into the enemy after hitting her ult. Overall, I'd say Amumu's combo is better as he can save his ult if the engage failed.

That's probably why Amumu is a bit more mana hungry. His abilities tie to his mana use a lot more.

Of course, now I'm kicking myself for writing this. I feel like I revealed a great secret since lots of people ban Sejuani, but I just moved to Amumu and kept jungling.
