Miss fortune's passive, taken directly from the patch notes: Whenever Miss Fortune basic attacks a new target, she deals bonus physical damage. Huh, where have I heard that before? Oh yea!

J4's passive: Jarvan IV's basic attacks deal 10% of his target's current health bonus physical damage, capped at 400. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every few seconds. It'll reapply if he attacks a new target, although the 10cd still exists on every possible target

she just stole j4's passive. she stole the crowned prince of demacia's goddamn passive. Guess that makes mf the best goddamn pirate ever right?

WTF, MFs passive is nothing like J4s, other than they deal damage on hit.

There is no CD on hers, you can AA something AA a different target then AA the first and apply it all all AAs, J4 can not do this, his has a CD per target. Also MF can AA a target for eternity and only proc it once, J4 can AA a target for eternity and proc it every 10 seconds.
J4s scales off of % current HP, MFs scales off of AD

The only passive that is even similar to J4s is Zeds, way more so than MFs

its not the sort of thing you would expect to be terribly strong on an adc but in practice it is. IN lane you can jsut hit someone once and chunk a lot of damage...basically win all trades. In teamfights its often too dangerous/impossible to focus on one person anyway because they are moving/zhonyas/etc. the damage from her passive turns out to be quite huge

She should have a passive related to her story/lore. Making it kind of like Kindred's passive, where she gets bonus gold from random bounties on enemy champions.
