Corki: Special Delivery

I have watched Corki 5.22 on Twitch.tv. I'm just going to say:

#Think of Sion's ultimate: #Put that on Corki's new Special Delivery.

Currently on PBE Special Delivery is fast, instant, covers of walls, damages and disrupts a whole enemy team, and then layered with all kinds of Corki AOE. It's not sane.

Suggestion (sequence):

1. Keep global siren when pick-up package.
2. Humming propeller sound from activating Special Delivery. (Distance from Corki : Volume of propeller humming)
3. Apply Sion's [R] build-up of movespeed Momentum.
4. Momentum begins at current movespeed.

• Torque is defined by bonus movespeed: Momentum begins earlier. (Propulsion blast visual and audio effect)
