Morgana Passive Description

It currently says that Morgana gets 10% spell vamp. With spell vamp items being removed and no description in-game to be found, maybe it would be better to say that her spells heal her for 10% or something like that instead? Just trying to look out for some newer players. Making sure they have everything they need to succeed.
