Also, I would like to know benefits of Talon vs Zed, and vice versa, if possible?

Dont engage on him. You may win the burst, but he is going to jump back onto you and 1 shot you.
Wait until he jumps onto you with his ult, then you ult and run towards his r location. Odds are he will jump back. Make sure to stay in stealth for the full duration so the zed ult will pop before he can do damge to you. Then kill you can combo and win a trade.
Poke with Rake and just tower sit after 6. Always ward an roam with him
Poke with W when convenient and be careful not to fun OoM.
Whenever he uses his ultimate on you, use your ultimate for the stealth and (when possible) wait for Death Mark to end before bursting him down.
If you ult first, you lose.
