The relic shield changes are going to be off putting and might give him a lower win rate and pick rate than usual but if he needs a minor buff consider a buff to base armor ,maybe just a small increase to 30-32.

I would really hate to see the small buff end up being too large and him getting nerfs elsewhere.

If he is weak for a patch or two while you monitor him after a small buff i'm fine just plz don't over do it.

Has the effect always been there but never been "noted" in the description?

If it's a new effect, I have to say... got to love when ADs abuse an item and screw over the rest of us. Why can't we just have Rakan and Thresh count as melee already? I don't really see how badly they can be abused.

Yes lets buff an armor of a champion because some bad thresh players decided that relic is core over coin

Lets also target his armor

Not like he hits 150 armor with 70 souls at 20 mins

but then again what Am I thinking avg thresh players doesnt collect souls
