Can we get a nerf on that sylas heal

He's a squishy, short ranged champion. If you want to hit his sustain (which can be fully countered by Grevious Wounds) you're going to need to compensate him with more damage or more resistances/survivability.

After playing him a few times, i think it's fine. hes easily killed either way.

Honestly, most games I have seen him in is just a complete thrashing of him. The only games I have seen go his way is when the other players are morons.

Sure if we can get a Buff on his stun to 1.5s like Yasuos

14-12 seconds pre CDR is low cooldown? It also has a low range..... only 400.

Without it he's a nonexistent champion. He doesn't actually meet the meta requirements even right now. He's a decent duelist, but that's about it.
