Sightstone Quality of life improvement

So i realized a way to improve the quality of life of sightstone. I run into this problem playing lee sin or any other sightstone junglers and also playing support. The problem i encounter is the ward counter in the item slot. I play with my hud really small and the ward counter in the item slot is almost impossible to see (and no im not changing my hud size for ez fix). So my solution to this is to make a ward counter above the ability icons bar at the bottom. There are a lot of activated items and items with charge properties so why not have the same treatment for sightstone? Let me know what you guys think in the comments.
