Ladder Climb

OK so you lost 2 games in a row, 1 game had an AFK other a troll, fine it happens, but you lose MMR, lower your MMR the more likely you get afks and trolls, making you drop further thus losing more MMR so exactly how is one supposed to climb if you lose more LP than you gain due to a bad luck of losing 4 games in a row due to afks and trolls? and TILT people tell me oh you on TILT blah blah blah yet i play the same, make the same plays, ward, keep my kda and objective score high and STILL lose without being toxic to my team, help as much as possible, but when there is a clear skill level difference between teams there is nothing i can do when i am usually last pick. Morale, people say bashing your teammates breaks their morale etc, yet i have played games with heavy toxic players and we still won so is moral even a real factor? signed a plt 2
