Surrender at 10minutes

Yes this has been mentioned before but please we need a surrender option earlier than 20 minutes, it is annoying playing a game with 3 trolls you are trapped with for that duration, it is annoying playing and 3 players on your team fails to connect from game start yet you cannot leave, we are people and not everyone will get along you are basically trapping people together who cannot stand each other and expect a good outcome? That just spawns trolls and a more angry community, some one already said that being stuck with people like trolls for so long spawns more of them since the tribunal is down and they WOULD NOT BE PUNISHED.
