Death's Dance description.

Can we get a cleaning up of the Death's Dance description. For a while I thought this item was dealing damage to the enemy as a bleed effect, rather than myself. Which is why I've never picked it because it seemed weak.

Something like: 12% of all physical and magical damage is received as damage over time, dealing one third of the total damage every second.

Damage received. Damage is something you receive in this instance

12% of all physical and magical damage received, and is taken as a damage over time instead, dealing one-third of the stored damage every second.

"Damage Received"

It seems pretty clear to me.

I suppose my next question is: Is it any good?
