Some logical Morgana changes.

I played Morgana in S2 when I finally started to get the game and she was pretty well balanced then, S1 I was shameful and new.

Morgana could use a bit of a touch up to stay on par with some of the current champs.

Problems with Morgana Your majority of damage is from a hard to hit skill shot do to how wide it is and often clips minions (also no more DFG in the game to make it do respectable damage), W is useless damage and got nerfed hard from the past when it did MR shred, E is semi-useless since it only protects you from a small amount of magic damage when we all know most teams run mostly AD, and R you have to keep up with everyone and morgana is very slow at moving while you get focused and have to calculate the enemy team's damage output if it will kill you or not and perfectly time zhonya's to live.

Possible and reasonable change ideas.

Revert her passive or give her stacking stats per kill/assist +1 in every category.

Increase her auto range from that terrible 450 to 550. Or if not increased range increased base AD and or increase AD growth per level. (Annie has like 600 why?) She can kind of play all roles with a bit of struggle except adc it is time we change that. Like seriously it is 2017 and 450 auto range...

Decrease the CD on her Q 2 seconds and decrease the root effect 0.25 seconds.

Make W do HP % damage, 2%/4%/6% etc.

E, make her shield function like heart of the mountains shield or sion's where after the duration it explodes in a small radius dealing the amount it shields for as magic damage if it is not destroyed.

R is fine but could use a touch up on the hitbox indicator, I have hit and been hit well outside the circles indicator which shouldn't be happening imo do to riot's stance on clarity of actions and what not, but this is also the case for many aoe skills in this game as of lately and I am sure they are working on fixing said issues.

These changes would make her fit the most powerful woman on runeterra role she is supposed to fill. While syndra in game simply hits r and auto deletes most people despite being a young up and coming sorceress in lore.
