Any sort of ETA on Veigar coming back to the game?

I kind of gather that you disabled his rage cage because people were taking him support JUST for that, but come on, did you have to nerf his Q, his W, and his R at the same time?

Can you maybe just remove rage cage, revert the changes, and turn rage cage into some damage ability that stuns if it follows a Q or an R? Veigar fixed, and I can go back to deleting flashy champions like Ahri in middle. Thanks.
