Someone give advice to this low elo player...

I don't even know what is good anymore. Everything I used to like has either been nerfed or isn't meta. I am really just stuck where I am at ladder-wise because I don't know what or how to play. Can you guys please tell me the best way at climbing and what to play? I used to main mid/ADC but I don't even know what to do, when I am mid my bot lane isn't doing good even if I roam, if I am ADC my solo lanes will do bad. I am so frustrated with this game, I feel like I can't carry, perhaps its just me being a bad player and not adjusting to the game, but I know I need to change something if I want to climb.

wait for season 7. These are just more reasons why the game is played less compared to lasts years and pro leagues are getting abandoned by the viewers. Just watch the barrage matches. Wheres the crowd at LA? Nobody is there. Their bad decisions over the pasts months and ignorance of the community is starting to kill this game slowly and slowly
