What am I supposed to do with the 27 keys Riot gave me?

I don't buy boxes most of the boxes I opened from getting an S just had a champion shard in it, so they are basically worse than a champion capsule because from those I get 2 champ shards on average. Also even if I could get skin shards from the boxes I wouldn't buy them cause I only buy skins that I really want. And if you wonder how I got so many keys; I'm honor level 5.
