What happened to the Fizz changes?

Originally on PBE they reverted some of the old nerfs, not fully, just shifted power. But they scrapped the damage scaling change on his Q. Why was this change scrapped? Unless FIzz is exetremely fed early and the enemy team is too ignorant to buy a Banshees or a sash. He is almost useless.

The only thing Fizz has is really just how slippery he is, and he has to commit fully for kills now, which is fine in my opinion, but in team fights you do nothing in regards of damage because you need your ult, and that pesky little tank might be in the way. Making you effectively useless, or you can blow some cooldowns and be a sitting duck, hoping to god that you live.

Just some thoughts I guess...

EDIT: They were going to make the Q from .3 scaling to .5

Not much to ask for, and it would help a lot.

Idk why they scrapped it. It was a minor buff and would have really helped him, he is kind of useless now :(

I don't feel too bad about it. Fizz is not a healthy designed champion. When he's strong, he's completely overbearing. Pre-nerf Fizz was one of the most cancerous champions in the game. It was not fun to get w>aa>q>aa and lich bane proc for 60% of my hp.

His ultimate still amplifies his damage by 20%. That's pretty significant. Besides, Urchin Strike still deals good damage since it scales off of like 20 other things. Fizz didn't really lose that much and what he gained made up for it anyway.
