This issue has bothered me for a long time.Twisted fate should not show the card rotation to enemy team it should show it is happening but not the color of rotation.The card locked yes show its color but not the rotation this is like showing ones hand in poker before called it does not fit the lore and it offers quite a timing advantage of up to .99 seconds to smart players can watch the card they fear roll by then react.
i say it should show the backs on the card then when he picks a card it flips all cards and shows his card and has the remaining cards drop to him (this would be a small nerf to him because the cards would be random order but a larger buff to him because the enemy wouldnt know what card he chose)
I say he should offer to have us pick a card from his stack and wait for us to show him the card after we kill him.
how about his aa range be increased or change his e from every 4 attacks to every 2 attacks

well. he has to. why? because his stuns are AA meaning you can't really avoid them unless you're Jax with your E. obviously other champions have aa cc. but tfs is allowing some counterplay.
