Is it just me or kalista different?

Even at 2.5+ attacks per second moving and autoing feels EXTREMELY SLOW, like way slower than ever before. What happened? Did i miss a change? I feel like i attack ~ 1.5x faster when i dont utilize my passive, and when i do use it, even slowing someone with E(45% slow for 2 seconds) who has their own speed boost, like udyr, can catch me no problem.
